If I ran the world...

The military would be abolished, churches would pay taxes (should they still exist once all sociopaths have been banished to Hell Island) and all resulting funding would be channelled into education and public programs that encourage human flourishing. Also, all citizens, regardless of socioeconomic status, would be required to spend two years each waiting tables and working in a low income public school (and have to live off of only what they make) to learn empathy and service and how to treat those who either choose to or have no other option but to serve others.
All humans would be tested for sociopathic tendencies. Those found to have them in the extreme would be removed to their own country, given a weapon of their choice, a canteen of water and wished the best of luck. Those deemed less malignant but still destructive to humankind on a lesser scale will be monitored for the well being of the general public.
Fairy Tales would be for novelty purposes only. Any person attempting to construct a governmental body incorporating one would be immediately removed from the gen. pop. and relocated to an extremely chilly location lacking 7-11s and internet access.
Professional athletes would sell candy bars for uniforms.
People would have to apply for breeding privileges. All rejected for parenting status would be given unlimited plastic surgery, complimentary sterilization, and home delivery of premium condoms.
Monogamy would be one of many perfectly acceptable options.
All skirts would have pockets.
